^^^^^ you missed the ones in the smugler's boat in Hong Kong.
From memory, there is a locked chest in the secret area housing the recharge bot. Inside the crate are two cardbord packages that must be broken open. One contains a whole lot of credit chits, the other contains 4 Zymes.

Oops, you're right. I had found those on my most recent playthrough but hadn't added them to my huge list of items yet. Which I should probably post one of these days.
