In my game I ask for a service like, traveling, bartering ect. But they say
"Sorry I dont serve people who bear the mark of Zenithar. You have an oath to fulfill."
So what does that mean and how can I get rid of it.

You've got an unfinished quest to finish before they'll deal with you. I dunno which, as I've never had that message.

i got this quest one time. i don't remember the details, but you have to deliver some kind of shipment to somewhere for (i think) a lizardman. he makes you take an oath to zenithar that you'll get it there. so, check your journal. or something.
