From what I've been able to gather, the EiC who was fired tried to make sure that the individual creators owned their various brands. Like Jim Sterling being able to continue the Jimquisition after leaving the Escapist. So it's not impossible that we may see Yahtzee continue ZP, but it depends on what the contract says.

Yahtzee has stated that he doesn't own Zero Punctuation, and that anything he does going forward will be branded differently.

What does Zero Punctuation encapsulate besides the name? They can't own his speaking style, and the drawings are pretty nondescript, so it seems likely it'll continue in pretty much the same format but with a new name. I've also been enjoying the Cold Take series on Escapist lately, so hopefully that continues in some form.

I've been watching more Twitch and Let's Play streams probably now than I ever have before.
I guess it really is the new entertainment.
Some of them are just because I really like the people, like our own dear Mr. Duck (Wuigi69) and smolthiny, a small Indonesian girl I guess best known as the girl that plays metal in a hijab, but for some reason I like following her Twitch streams too.
But then there are some Let's Players that have just nailed their respective games. That would include (

Then there are a few commentators I follow. (

I guess all of these are very sim heavy, but sandbox sims work well for streams, I think. I used to watch more streamers for Minecraft, DayZ, and GTAV roleplay, but I guess they mostly play to a younger or anyway more twitchy demographic than my taste now.
