I can't stand soggy breakfast cereal. For as long as I can remember I've always put the milk in the bowl first, then added a bit of cereal. Eaten that, then added a bit more. Rinse, repeat until all the milk is gone.
I'm the only person I know who does this.

I do everything in threes. Like if I rinse something, I do it three times. Everything.
I'm guessing Ms Gunsmoke views this behaviour favourably.

I meant the only one here. The impression I get from TTLG is that if it's not XKCD and/or PBF there's a lot of sneering and brandy-sipping.
Pardoner on 10/4/2010 at 01:53
That's not true. Thief Gen is always happy to marinate in the abject foulness of a VGCats or Ctrl Alt Delete.
Also, didn't PBF stop updating ages ago?

God dammit, reading this thread has reminded me of how much chalk creeps me out :(

I have an MPD. But my other personality doesn't know English, so he's unlikely to lurk here.

I can't stand anything that has an "oily" feel to it.
This.
But this doesn't spread on technical oil or grease — I have no objection to applying it to a mechanism via my own fingers.

I don't believe it... MY BRETHEREN!

I tend to blink a lot sometimes or even struggle to keep my eyes open, even if I'm only a few hours awake. Though that probably happens cause I spend too much time on PC.
I would say I probably blink quite a bit at times too (not nearly as much as my sister though!). It's weird though because when I was younger I think I would hardly blink at all. I know it's supposed to be an involuntary thing but seriously, I could go quite a long time without doing it once.

I pay great attention to movie subtitles (though I usually turn them off if I watch an English language movie by myself) and will get very annoyed if they mistranslate something.
YES! I'm the same; I hate it when these things aren't 100% accurate. For me I really hate it when CDs have the lyrics printed in the book. I've noticed wrong words, sentences written from a different perspective, even entire verses that are either missing or added in when they're not even present in the song itself! I could maybe understand a typo or two, but how they manage some of those more glaring errors is totally beyond me!

In FPS games, I usually walk everywhere instead of run, except for when in combat situations or when the plot or gameplay requires me to hurry. It's a bit of character role playing, I figure you wouldn't run everywhere in real life either, you wouldn't even have the stamina. Pretty stupid, because you can't heal yourself with health packs or carry 10 weapons at once either and that doesn't bother me.
I'm also a compulsive quick saver in games.
I remember mentioning this before (can't remember if it was here or another board) but I do tend to absorb myself into the story a little and end up walking around quite a bit. I wouldn't say I do it
quite as much as you do - even if I'm not in combat I'll still be always running around when "on the mission". But when there's really no point in running - reporting in at UNATCO in
Deus Ex or the opening "normal day at the lab" section in
Half-Life - that walk buttion is constantly pressed down.

I subconciously have a rope attached to my soul, and if I turn around in one direction, I'll be totally uncomfortable until I turn back around to unwind. It's very annoying, sometimes I'll leave the room just so I can turn around without anyone seeing, then re-enter the room once I'm straightened out.
THIS! OH MY SWEET JESUS, SO VERY THIS!!! I don't think I've ever left a room again before (I'm usually on my own anyway so don't have to worry too much about other people seeing) but if I turn around - especially spinning in my swivel chair - I pretty much have to make sure I spin back the other way again the same number of times.

I do everything in threes. Like if I rinse something, I do it three times. Everything. And I constantly count in my head what I call 'my pyramids' count to 3, then 2, then 1 imagining it stacked 3 wide at the bottom, then 2, then 1. It is a '9' thing which is 3 to the 3rd power. The 'perfect 3'.
6 is my magic number. I love 6.

Additionally, I tend to have a little habit of straightening up things that are out of place. I wouldn't quite call it obsessive to the point of lining up
everything but if I know I've put something in a certain place it really bugs me when it's disturbed. The pen by the computer HAS to rest right against the edge of the monitor base, the remotes for my hi-fi and Freeview box that lay on top of them HAVE to be straight and pretty much dead centre.
I also tend to eat certain foods on my plate in a certain order. For fry-ups, the bacon's always the first to go, followed by the egg whites but NOT the yolks just yet, the baked beans are next, then finally I break the yolks and let them all ooze over the plate so I can use my bread to mop it all up with the tomato sauce afterwards. And with roast dinners: potatoes go first, then cabbage, carrots, meat, stuffing, parsnip, Yorkshire puddings... this cycle must NOT be broken!

Not anymore! That's how I roll, too.
