Please explain to me the logic of it. I was running low on health, so I was having no legs and therefore, I couldn't jump. I couldn't jump on a crate to reach the window and climb out of it. So, IT REALLY MEANS I CAN GET FOREVER STUCK AT ONE PLACE WHILE PLAYING DEUS EX EVEN IF I DON'T DIE?
Try the door.

Try the door.
No, there was no door in the place I was trapped in.

I think by "Try the door", he really meant, "Eat a tasty LAM sandwich."
At least, that's what he should have meant.

*sigh*
press T, delete the 'say', type
set deusex.human bcheatsenabled true
press enter, press T, delete the 'say', type
fly
fly out the window, land yourself somewhere soft and comfy and preferably not equally inescapable, press T, delete the 'say', type
walk
and then (if you want to avoid having a savegame pic with OMG CHEATZ on it, press T, delete the 'say' (spot the pattern?), type
set deusex.human bcheatsenabled false
and you're done.

I just heard about these on the LAM radio.

To be fair, if you open up your menu, go to the health screen, and click on your legs, it says that if an agent finds themselves with both legs incapacitated they are obligated by order #etc to terminate themselves. If you were playing the game properly you'd realize that you should've died by now. It's not the game's fault you don't read the directions.

If you wanna open a door, but you used up all your lockpicks, yellow keys, multitools, and explosives, is it possible to get stuck in the game or there is always a way to find additional lockpicks, keys, and etc.?

Not always. On the other hand, there are a lot of ways to proceed in 99% of places in the game, and I would be very surprised if this happened to you more then once - without doing something deliberate to make it happen.
Also, I suspect most doors you absolutely have to get through have keys as well. Just don't quote me on that.
Finally, there's nothing wierd about not being able to progress through the game and the game not telling you about it. How is the game supposed to know?

I'm wondering in which level of difficulty this would happen. I've played DX on Realistic since day one, and you're usually dead from head and body hits before you get crippled. Either you make that unharmed sneaky kill or you're down.
And of course, at some point you don't even lose health at all...
