There was a discussion in one of my classes a while ago which I found really interesting, which people talked about medications they took for certain problems. This discussion took place in psyc, and I don't know why but I've always found these kinds of topics interesting. The medications ranged from anti-inflamitories, to anti-depresents, to pain killers ect conserning various problems, obviously in the three cases injury and depression. So I was wondering what if any medications are you people currently taking? If you count sleeping pills I took them for about a week nearly 2 weeks ago because I hit a boute of insomnia which I was getting one hour of sleep a night. That's about it for me, but I still feel groggy and crappy from those pills.

Ambien. It helps me sleep. And if it doesn't help me sleep, it helps me to get out of bed and do odd things and not remember them the next day. (Seriously, this shit is whacked.)

Yeah, Ambien has shown to cause "night binging". Scary to think you'll get up in the middle of the night and eat the weirdest things out of your fridge and pantry (raw hamburger, uncooked pasta/rice, condiments). Not only that but apparently people on a night binge can be pretty mean too if you try to stop them.
