Although the site is fairly uninspired, LUGNET is the best place to keep tabs on lego stuff. Most of the efforts are usually aimed at model building or vignettes. Occasionally, really clever Mindstorms (lego robotics kit) submissions pop up, such as that knitting machine.

I once read this book about a guy that sold off his Erector set to buy an expansion pack for his friend's Lego Medieval Castle set. But his friend, ironically, sold off his Medieval Castle blocks to buy more screws for his friends Erector set.
It was called Gift of the Legi.

Wow! That Jumpdrive case would be cool, but I don't trust myself to cut the case off and not hurt anything. Besides, the original case looks cool, too.
