Checkout my thread "big time spoiler" it will tell you an easy way to get not only any glass/daedric weapon and pleanty of shields you want, but as many as you want. Its not a console command or a hack, more like an exploit check it out.

Ok I'm an Xbox user...
I have all of my mage stuff in the Hlormaren castle...I use blue lanterns inside and out to light the hallways and outside to see it in the dark/rain. The dome is my 'library' where i keep all the books..I have a 'scroll room' and an 'alchemy room'
I have all of my fighter stuff in Androseth..I use 'yellow' lanterns for that castle. In thats castle, I have a Daedric Room...complete set of Daedric armor (which I wear) and complete set of Daedric weapons..from Club to Claymore includig a long bow. I have a Dwemer room with a complete set of Dwemer armor and weapons...no Dwemer longbow..only a crossbow..and a glass room, which has several glass armor sets and a Tower shiel. No glass bows of any kind yet. The Ebony room had everything.
I slaughtered everything in both of these castles to do this. In fact I think I've killed just about everything that walks, talks or moves in Vvardenfell at one time or another from Dagoth Ur on down...my bounty is in the the 300k range. Never ran into any loot bag problem or anything...

What does a loot bag do? Does it just give you something to put all your goods in? If so what is so bad about that?

heres the easiest way to get daedric stuff. first get scourge
(in tel fyr in a large chest in the room to the master wizard guy)
. newayz scourge summons a dremora and a scamp, so depending on ur lv. the dremora moay or may not have a daedric item so kill him and take it.
btw check the closet on the same floor for a very nice curiass and look in the small chest in the room w/ scourge for a amulet u just may want. put it on and reap the benefits
o the wizard didnt seem to care that i was picking the locks

Nah, from what I've read on here a "overflow loot bag" is created when you have too many 'pick-upable' items in a cell (ie: in a house, in a section of the world, etc). At a guess, it costs Morrowind more resources (disk and/or memory) to remember where items are at in the world than if they're in a container... hence the loot bag.
If you have more than X items in a cell at any given time, all extra 'pick-upable' items are dumped into the loot bag, making it slightly useful (if only as a bag that you know won't eat what's in it) ;)

Ahh so basically the reason people displike it is because it ruins whatever layout they had prior to the loot bag coming along to save the day! (Memory wise)
?
Thanks

Probably ;)

It also has a chance of appearing on top of something too small to be visible beneath it (eq. a ring), thus it more or less deletes that(those) item(s).

I think if you take all the stuff out of it, leave and come back, they dissapear. Not sure though cuz after i made my Ash statue tower on my roof along with the other hordes of items I had two loot bags on my roof. But then i removed the items in one of the loot bags, left, came back and there was only one. This was a while ago and its a little vague thats why i don't wanna put my foot down and insist that by god they can be deleted! i have xbox too, btw

i'm hanging out downstairs in the fighters guild in balmora. i picked the locks on the two chests, filled them with keys, scrolls, and other things i might want back without looking through a pile. then i started dumping piles of stuff near the candlesticks. i've got it about as high as the room now. i don't have a lootbag... yet. i like to explore, and then pickup valuable items until i am "overburdened" and then zap recall back to the room and drop it all off. i've got xbox
