I have noticed that my loot bag keeps throwing items in the loot bag when I leave ...even after I have cleaned out the house.
I have saved before leaving the house ....keeping the stuff on the shelves ...and saved outside of the house after saving inside of the house. This has helped! But, there are still a few glitches!!
Does anyone have the same problem? Can anyone please help me out here?? Or, possibly give me a new house that I can store all of my cool items without a loot bag appearing? My current house is the Narano Manor in Balmora! I have heard Pawnshop? Can you store more items in Pawnshops?
Anything will help at this point ...please reply!!

The problem isn't any specific place, the problem is that you can only store X items out in the open in any specific place. That probably includes any 'pick-up-ables' like candlesticks, utensils, etc.
In other words: Try storing your eq in containers that were empty when you 1st found them. (because, of course, storing items in containers that had something in them can sometimes make the things you add disappear)
