I regulary get "the disk is damaged or dirty" and i have to reload my latest save.
1- My disk isn't dirty
2- My disk isn't damaged
3- It seems to happen mostly around vivec, NW outside vivec.
And is sux bigtime, especially when your last save was 30 mins ago...
anyway to prevent this ?

Don't go to vivec.
It's not an important city right?
You could try giving it a once over with some disk cleaner, just because it doesn't 'look' dirty doesn't mean it doesn't have some stuff on it.

if ya got the xbox version then how many blocks is ya save? if it's over 150 or 200 then soz but ya will get them regulary, also ya will get freezes, I dunno why but ya jus do plus I think it has somethin to do with how much stuff ya drop on the floor
If ya got the PC version then I haven't got a clue since I haven't got it

How do you keep your save-blocks under 150 then?
I have the xbox version :erm: , It does'nt effect all the xbox versions does it? :eek:

That happened to me last night in fact, only it was outside Dren Plantation. My saved game is approaching the 200 block mark so I hope that isn't what does it. It may be unique to ceratin boxes becuase those things burn out like votive candles. That same thing has happened to me in other games though, in the middle of a Halo game so it was four pissed off gamers instead of one.
