I just gave Xbox Cloud Gaming a try and it works pretty good! Was very much playable on both my Win11 PC and Xb1S. I'm on fibre and the lag was very tiny and didn't affect playability for me. I was playing Quake 1 on Xbox, a skill-based action game where player reaction is important. I cleared the first two levels with no trouble.
You need a Game Pass Ultimate sub to use the cloud gaming feature.
