So far as I know, the only way to get plug-ins for Morrowind on Xbox is through OXM demo discs. I know that the developers left loops(as in velcro) for plug-ins to be aquired. You just have to hope Bethesda is willing to make a plug-in and give it to OXM...:laff: :joke: :cheeky: ;)

in essence this is what i said:
i am in the process of writing bethesda a letter about sending out some patches/plugins for xbox on a demo disk.. some ideas i had were...
1. possibly make a console-equivilent thing so xbox users can reset npcs etc..
2. fix the bug of npcs falling through the floor
3. some sort of editor included?
4.add new armor..weapons etc.. any other ideas would be wonderful too!
ALSO, i feel we would get more of a response if i could compile a list of xbox users who would like to see patches.. post your name/email and i will start the list!

Part 3 is highly unlikely, as they're more likely to want to spend time patching the game rather than writing a new program to edit it.
However, good luck with what you're asking for the rest of it!
