Okay, I've encountered this dude at the Ghostgate on my way to fight Dagoth Ur. He's in the Tower of Dusk and he offers me a lucky coin to take to the mountain with me for him. I have the choice to do it, so I figure why the hell not? I can use all the luck I can get. Anyways, after I talk to him I go downstairs to talk to more people and when I come back to the tavern area upstairs, he's gone. Now there's an option to talk about him to everyone else in the towers, and everyone says that everything he;s told me is false and that no one like that has been around there. Anyone know what this guy's deal is? Is he some sort of ghost? What's up with the coin? Is it really lucky, or is it actually bringing me bad luck?
This is kind of embarrasing, but I'm not sure if this guy is from a plug-in or not. Has anyone else encountered this guy? What's his story???

Check your magic powers (the ones you get once a day). You should get a luck boost power when you have the coin in your inventory.

I've never seen him.
I'm guessing he's nothing deep... just a guy to give you a coin.
The DE's in this game don't seem like those who would believe in 'luck'... too bitchy
