I believe I read read somewhere that there are two wraithguards but i have no idea how or where or even if there is two. I may be totally wrong.If Im completely off just punch me and call me stupid.

It's my understanding that the left hand partner to WraithGuard is held by Vivec. I killed the guy once and found the glove in his inventory but the glove itself is not enchanted. I never tried enchanting the glove he has but I doubt it will hold the same amount of enchantment that the original one holds.

I soultrapped Vivec and took it It looks like the wraithguard but it says like unique dwemer artifact and It wont let me wear it.

The one you get for faithfully following the main quest is a right-hander, the hacked-together one you get for doing the 'alternate' main quest is a left-hander.

Hmm whats the hacked together main quest and can I do it after beating the game already,

The 'alternate' main quest is just that - if you've killed someone important and gotten that 'threads of fate are broken' message, then you can't do the regular main quest. They wrote this one into the game, just in case you still want to finish the game. As to what to do to use it, search on here; I've posted it at least 2-3 times.

I dont know dwemer ruins, I think ive had at least one in my posession at one time, time to go check where I dropped stuff. He give great driections too, "They havent been found theyre in a dwemer ruin, somewhere"(well nicer than that, but about as worthless)
