Congo.
Hey man, Congo has both murderous apes AND lasers... IN THE SAME MOVIE. Step off, bro.
Actually I give Congo credit because it shows someone playing Doom in the intro.

Well I too watch MST3k, so i know casualy bestowing a title like "Worst Ever" is risky buisness...there's ALWAYS something worse... but Transformers sure gave a good try at the title.
It was like a three hour episode of Power Rangers. with worse acting. and less plot. and the fight scenes were less coherant.

Actually a better sum up of Transformers might be 'Boy meets Girl co-starring the Transformers and sponsored by the US Army: Join Today!'

Well said.
Yeh that brings up one realy odd thing about the movie: Military Fetishism.
The movie had it in spades...which is kinda odd, because generaly in such tales the military is portrayed as completely ineffectual and is just there to get the collective snot beat out of it to show how bad ass the aliens/robots/monsters are.
And thats basicaly how it was here, but somehow it still played like an extended army commercial. It was a very odd dicotomy. Someone wanted to have their cake and eat it too.
In fact that may be the basic problem with the film, they couldnt decide what kind of movie it was supposed to be, so they just jammed everything in there and jumped up and down on the lid.
Maybe they coulda pulled it off if they had made a war movie about soldiers defending Earth, or a movie about a boy and girl caught in the middle of a war, or a teen coming of age movie, or a spiritual successor to Herbie, or a movie about government personel responding to a crisis, or most obviuosly a movie about giant sentient robots...maybe they coulda done any two of those and made it work...but they had to try for all of them at once.
ok...gotta stop now...something about that movie drives me insane, it's like that scab you can't stop picking at.

I juat rented a movie called Dead Lenny.
Bad acting and whatnot, boring drivel...
But what got me were the special effects, deffinately the worst ever. I don't even think they tried to make them look real. In fact I think the sfx house had a vvendette against the producer:D
A guy got shot at, the bullet hit the window of a car behind him. The bullet hole was a decal from Napa :D But they were too cheap to stick it on the car and waste it, instead they scanned it and applied it in after FX.
Then it got worse, the camera moves and the bullet hole floats all over the window :laff:
I liked the movie after that.
A giant truck blew up, looked like they zoomed in on a fire cracker, but there was no truck in the explosion.
Funny stuff.

I'd have to say either "Meet Wally Sparks," "Ernest in the Army," or "Scary Movie 4."

I'm still pretty sure it's 'Armageddon'.

Lawnmower Man 2 was unwatchable.
