I killed a woman with a dagger in the underworks. I talked to the dude that sent me on the quest. NOTHING! As far as the quest goes, this was not the woman!!!!! When I was done there is noone left alive in the underworks and the quest is open!!!!!!!! WTF!!!!!!

Did you take the dagger? I think you need it as a form of proof.

One thing I wonder is how that wimpy woman managed to kill all those people. Is she supposed to have magical powers or something? Because she used none against me...
After all this tension built up around the murder stories, I was expecting a very dangerous and/or mysterious foe... But she clearly was not.

Well, I think this quest is for very low level char's..... and Yes, I did take the dagger( I took everything just in case) still, nothing changed.
