I had trouble getting the plugin to work, but finally got it installed using the construction set (I have the latest patch). Everything is find except Witchgirl shows up as a big (and I mean big) exclaimation point. Can anyone help?

You didn't install it right, all you need to do is unzip it in your morrowind folder, and everything should drop into the right place... Big exclamation points means the game can't find the model... probably morgana's head(it uses rhedd's breton head)...
The meshes should be in the data files/meshes/bg folder, and the textures are just in the data files/textures folder.
