I am trying to connect my laptop to my home network. Fine. Except I have to dissable winsock.
In XP.
How do I do this!!! I can't find it in control panel!!!
(or am I barking up the wrong tree...)

Why would you have to disable Winsock? Where'd you read/hear that?
