I'll be the first to admit I'm too chicken shit to ever do something like this, but if I had the guts I'm sure it would be extremely cool.

You gotta be fucking kidding me!

shit...I'll stick to something with a prop on the nose;)
I have a lot of freinds who skydive and they're always trying to get me to go. I tell em I will NEVER jump out of a perfectly good airplane, it's just stupid!:ebil:

I wonder if some general is looking at this wondering about the military applications. Remember, parachuting was first invented by the military to save aircrews in case of emergency on balloons and aircraft and was later used to insert troops.

That was so wicked cool!!! Makes me wanna try it.
Except I live in the Midwest & we don't have any mountains.

To which the obvious answer is, "I'll stop jumping the day they make a perfectly good airplane." ;)
The video is simply awesome, I
so have to try that some day. :D It's as close to actual flight as you're ever gonna get... Impressive!

He's thinking if you strap a shark into one of those things you've damn near got the perfect weapon, son.

I saw some of this on the Dark Knight blu-ray when they were talking about the science behind his cape. I think I'll stick to computer games - thrilling AND safe!
