It's scattered about. Try the goblin halls where the king is. If you've got an empty bottle you can fill it from the wine barrel in the kitchen.

Oh, so you use bottle on barrel? Awesome, thanks. I actually found out I was carrying two bottles. I thought they were healing potions. There's also a mountain of them in the royal kitchen.
