As for MSDNAA I would guess that if the install media / download does not include both 32 and 64 bit versions then the key would not work for the 64bit version.
Alright. I've contacted my msdnaa rep about the odds of us getting the 64-bit version, so we'll see how that goes.
And, now, I really have to finish this lab.
