then moving it to the top right and have it show the desktop is about damn nifty.
That's the only feature that I did use. Except I prefer using the keyboard shortcut key for it rather than the mouse cursor.
Expose being activated via mouse cursor is really fucking annoying when you have a multi-monitor setup (Macbook Pro + CinemaDisplay TFT). I should've mentioned that in my last post.

You don't have to use the corners of the screen. I think you can also hotkey commands or use mouse clicks. You get all the advantages, and it'd be easier for a dualie setup.
And now, more 7 fluff features! I just realized when you're transferring files, the little icon representing your folders on the superbar fills up, (

I've also discovered the superbar is much easier to work with when it's docked to the side of the screen.

I use Exposé all the time. I've got six spaces, so I use it to find the right app I'm looking for, or the right Safari window if I haven't merged everything, to get to the desktop quickly, to view the windows on the current space - it's just feckin' brilliant.
Switched from Windows world to Mac in November 2007, and seriously, every time I use my MBP, I just get this warm and fuzzy feeling. What a great OS.
Haven't tried W7b yet, but I hear it's a vast improvement over the wtfness of Vista.

Crashes in Windows 7. :(
I'll keep an eye on it. Once 7 is out in earnest, they'll probably have a compatible release. Thanks for the heads up anyway. :thumb:

WinKey+M: Minimize all
I prefer WinKey+D: Show desktop, repeat to toggle, hides modal windows too. Also, much easier to reach.

I just click that "show desktop" button near the Start.

And here I was, hoping MS learned their lesson after releasing 10,001 different versions of Vista. Turns out they didn't, instead (
http://www.engadget.com/2009/02/03/windows-7-skus-announced-yes-your-worst-nightmare-has-come-to/) they're adding two more to the list.
Oh well. I'll get Home Premium. Still, I think they should stick to two different versions. With so many options out there, I'm sure some people will be screaming "WHICH ONE I GET OH GOD OH GOD OH GOD". Hell, I'm almost in the same boat. I mean...do I really need Bitlocker? Branch Cache? I'm not sure. OH GOD OH GOD OH GOD.
Edit: And what exactly is Windows 7 Starter. For some reason, I imagine turning it on, getting the Windows 7 glowy animated logo, then a message saying "Thank you for using Windows. Your computer is now: On", and just sits there. Stuff makes no damn sense.

I could actually live with Starter's 3 application limit.
Home Basic sounds even better, but what the hell is "emerging market"? Somalia?
