Ultimate Windows Tweaker seems to have an issue for me: the section selection bar on the right overlaps the window, covering up some of the checkboxes and descriptions. Bleh.
And no, Nameless, your keyboard problems are not part of a Microsoft conspiracy.

Are you sure? After bashing my head against the wall trying to fix it for the last three hours, I feel far more inclined to try to use Window 7 than I was before!

I have problems on my laptop both going into sleep and hibernate and even shutdown, all though shutdown problems are not as common- it just takes forever. the main problem was coming from the computers actions once the lid would shut. Set to either hibernate or sleep upon closing the lid, the computer once reopened would have to be rebooted. I linked my power button to hibernate and havent had a problem with it.
Thanks. I have trouble understanding why this is still broken considering it worked damn near flawlessly in XP, and I thought it _must_ be a high priority given how many laptop users there are. Do they want corporate users to sit out Windows 7 like they did Vista?

Yeah, I kinda figured they'd have the hibernation thing fixed by the RC. All they did was make it less severe...it doesn't actually destroy your hardware now.

Some guy actually registered a domain just for that? Wow, some people do really love to piss away money on useless shit.

So, its been out for a while now...
Opinions? I'm still using the RC and while I'm not ready to switch entirley over to it; certainly i'm liking it over Vista.

My verdict: not keyboard-shortcut friendly.

Keyboard ninjas need not apply, I take it? Meh. I like my shortcuts.

They just changed so many things and a lot of them ended with more obscure and longer keyboard shortcut combinations.
I also suspect there's something wrong with my install - I can't close a program by right-clicking on it and hititng 'C' (I have to hit Return afterwards, too), though I asked someone else trying the W7 beta and it worked for them.
