Not sure if this is the right place to post this, so forgive me if not.
Just wanted to relate my experience install Thief 2 on Windows 7 64 bit version. It installed just fine, loaded all scripts, DDFix, EP, garrettloader. When trying to configure DDfix, I could not run the setup file, so what I did was to copy the following files from my XP install.
Thief2.exe
cam.cfg
ddfix (config file)
dark.bnd
The reason for dark.bnd was that when remapping my keys, some bindings such as left and right did not work properly. So just copying that file over set everything right.
The thief2.exe I have was one I obtained already fixed for DDfix, so you might not need this.
I'm stoked, T2 on W764!:D
