Hey guys,
I´m also totally happy about the release of the thief 3 editor. But I made no experiences with this program yet. So my question is: Will someone make such a great tutorial like the one for DromEd? :D :)

Whenever someone gets round to it...

I think, it would be helpful to read some UnrealEd tutorials. ;)

Since most people here are more used to Dromed than anything, these will occupy you plenty til more T3 specific tutorials are written.
The only thing you'll need to keep in mind while mapping that isn't covered by these tutorials is your lights-per-surface count. All those cool shadows and neat effects they produce come at a cost, the more lights you have on a brush surface the more passes the renderer will have to make on it to draw it properly..thus if you're not careful you'll get a MASSIVE framerate hit.
Try to keep no more than 2 lights on a surface (for Doom 3 I use an all encompassing ambient to define the area and add color to the shadows + a single bright light for my lamps and torches), and don't be afraid to split your brushes to keep the surface count down...a higher polycount is much less of a performance hit than having 5 lights on a wall.
