Thanks, finally a rational post, and a fairly informative read.
Though, it does bring up a bit of a contrast between how the two administrations work. Bush seemed to have a far more hands on, authoritarian style and frequently issued personal policy decrees. Obama seems to work in a far more hands off style: he simply appoints people who he can trust to implement his plans. Most recent case in point is the FCC's net neutrality rule and the recent push by the TSA, both of which came about because Obama appointees served their purpose.
I guess its fair to say my beef isn't directly with Obama, on a personal level its directed at officials in the bureaucratic and authoritarian administration. However, in the end he is still accountable for the behavior of executive agencies because his inaction and continued support of his officials indicates support for those policies.

Thank you for your douchebaggy condescension, but the mere fact that I rightfully insulted you doesn't mean that I wasn't rational from the get go, since it was nothing more than a restatement of this:
B) preventing prosecution by foreign states for prior acts has nothing what-so-ever to do with the current severity and magnitude of those same acts, all of which has, you know, been curbed
You need to stop confusing my utter disdain for your meager abilities with a lack of rationality. Because I assure you, there is nothing more rational than talking down to you like the simpleton that you are.
