Not that I know what I'm talking about or anything, but from what I remember the building types in T3 would need a bit of tweaking to make them 'thief friendly', i.e. some flat roofs. It would be lovely to see some of the grandeur of the LOTP highway come to life in T3.

Finally some pictures! And impressive ones at that... I fired up T3ed and could not even figure out how to make a cube (even though I'm fairly proficient with dromed...), so it's nice to see what's going on.
How much of that city is terrain and how much is a background picture?

he says in the top post - none of it is textures, none of it is brushwork either, it's all objects.
I like the pic so much I made it my Windows Desktop background! :thumb:

Sorry, must've missed it.
So if the frames are bad for a city this big, how bout for one a quarter of it's size? It'd still be quite large...

I'm at a total loss of words. That's a stunning creation.
That's basically the type of city I want to create. I'm thinking that it would take me somewhere around 47 years to build a city such as that. How long did it take you? I'll most likely end up creating something much smaller, but it's nice to know what is possible.

It took just a couple of hours. A lot of copying, that's all, and just for the purpose of making the screenshot. Obviously this doesn't make any sense as a playable area. To make a playable city area of this size, I'd need those 47 years too, at least. And by the way, a playable area of this size probably isn't possible in T3Ed. Stick with Dromed, folks, and gimme more true Thief missions! :cheeky:
