Art, this isn't about whether some people spend a lot of time on the game and expect everyone to know, its when people come in with a simple question which is answeredin the manual, don't use the search button to see if they can get the answer without taking anyones time, get told to search politely and get pissy and rude.

I really don't think it has anything to do w/having lives outside of the games at all. Simply put, people are lazy. The game is supposed to be an epic adventure through exploration etc etc, so if you are not patient enough to explore the system or to take the slight amount of time to read (that goes for the good ol SEARCH as well) then why did you even bother buying it in the first place? These games are meant to role play, breeding patience. So next time someone is stuck, why not explore a little more...I mean for "Gods" sake the game is open-ended :s Not to mention there is a handy-dandy SEARCH tool on most sites that for the most part have worked just fine for me; hence, never needing to ask a question that has been asked over n over.
One more thing for those who have referred to the term, hiphop is not a form of music so please stop making reference to it as one. Also, ghetto gangsta? lol Most rap comes from the ghettos, it was the street's form of music cuz they couldn't afford players n tapes, not to mention most rappers begin life through crime...so what do you expect their music to be about?

Sorry about that.

I don't care what 'their' music is about - i'm not interested - in my original post i made no reference to music, music genres or anything to do with such things. The only reason i mentioned it in my second post was because wun accused me of saying all people who like such music are criminals which is rubbish.

Hey Red, I didn't mean you specifically so it's all good ;) It was mainly for those who have no clue and/or to further note, not necessarily pointing fingers :)

heh, cool i started a thread that got more than 5 replies. Im glad everyone else see's what i see going on with the youth of america. I to have a system in my car but i dont go overboard with it, and i turn it down at red lights. And as for eminem, i like music were the artist doesnt give a damn, cause that shows he is in it just for a good time and he raps way better than any other rapper that has ever existed.
From what ive seen, every question that is a spoiler for a quest or a certain item in the game is welcome by everyone in this forum with an answer.
I just wanted this post to discourage lazy minded individuals from asking questions that are easily answered with the manual or the search button. Man this thread went WAY off topic, lol

First let me say that I find the search tool about the same as having a daedric crescent! I'd much rather get the answer to my question right then rather than have to wait around and see if some smart ass answers my post or worse rants me about how stupid I must have been to not be able to find some cavern and then goes on to tell me about how he even found the "drunken crab" all by himself, no help, no hints, heck didn't even know it existed till he came across it one time while exploring. Yeah right.
But the problem is that the search tool can't find "close but not quite" spellings or misspellings. "Daedric Crescent" might have a great thread for it, but the spelling used was "deadric" or "daedrick" or "deaddick". Or a completely different thread listed just under the word crescent.
Sure would be nice if there was a hot list of commonly used words and terms near the search tool. Just click on the word or name and search.

heres something to get slighty back on topic. today in a post a guy asked what
Quote:
Your journey will lead you to Mournhold, capital city of Morrowind, to the Clockwork City of Sotha Sil
meant when i did some research i learned that the whole sentence was
Quote:
Into this chaos you are thrust, with deadly assassins close behind you and Morrowind's uncertain future ahead. Your journey will lead you to Mournhold, capital city of Morrowind, to the Clockwork City of Sotha Sil, and through massive, epic-sized dungeons.
sorry that just made me think the guy was stupid...he asked if the fragment of the sentence meant mournhold and sotha sil were the same because he couldnt bother to read the rest

art, you really need to take a second on your comment and reflect on yourself. Generally, the only people that say things like that are indeed themselves overweight, nerdy and QUITE queer. And maxskills is right, there is no need to have the same question asked multiple times, when there is a search button. Indeed, I believe you yourself is the one who stalks girls at the mall, and has no outside life other than Morrowind.
