Hey,
Deus ex and all its mods are refusing to boot up in or go to full screen mode.
I installed the Shifter mod and everything worked fine.
Now it refuses to go full screen!
My .ini file has startfullscreen set to true.
HELP!
I'm restarting to see if that works.
