I'm not trying to imply ttlg is a bad forum. There is only one time they was down that I remember of....and they gave advanced warning.... I want to use elderscrolls.com forum because they have categories of areas of topic....

The volume on TTLG is far smaller than it is on the official site. Even with upgraded servers, more and more people are getting the game each day and flooding the site. The servers just can't handle the stress.
I gave up on the official boards a long time ago, but I'm sure things will level off in a few months.
