No. I occasionally run with ODL at 1024x768, but usually I run static at 1600x1200 near highest.

I guess it depends on the sort of crap, meaning what the person had in their last meal, but in general you can expect crap to be very soft and slide down a stick instantly, if not just fall right off. That is, unless you somehow managed to balance the crap right on the very top end of the stick, and then held the stick perfectly vertical - but I don't know how you'd do this without soiling yourself.
