I bought a Samsung NC10 because the keyboard is excellent - for a 10 incher, it's very easy to type on. Keys are all sensibly laid out, both shift keys are wide, etc. It doesn't suffer from the typical 'netbook' randomly placed / sized key syndrome.

I ended up going with the newest version of the Acer Aspire one. mostly because of price. it was only 300 bucks canadian. and its exactly the same in specs as the dell inspiron mini. so I'll live with the keyboard. so far its been working fine. it also runs GZdoom, Rebirth and Aleph One like a charm. and I can play fallout on it which is awesome.
