Or go outside and run to the nearest dungeon, although from the sound of it, you are a level 4 vampire so you might die too fast unless you have lots of potions.

wait for it while doing something in RL like go outside where the air is smoggy and feel healthy. or you could also just sleep for a little bit and wait for the time to go.

Another solution to this that doesn't involve feeding is water breathing. Equip it sometime before leaving her house and walk to the bottom of the river out front. Theres no sun damage underwater, you're not tresspassing, and for all I know there might be some cool treasure down there.
Or just be vile and feed.
