Considering it's initials are tot I'm still a not entirely convinced it wasn't an altnick. There were a string (ok maybe 2 or 3) of absurd long names with tot initials that came in about the same time and trolled around ... but anyway they're all gone now so far as I've seen.
BTW, have a look at Supermario99, Corporal Westley, wait ... I know there's more but can't remember now.
