I don't know why, but every single Ordinator and his grandmother seems to hate me. Whenever they catch sight of me, they immediately rush to attack me. Now while I have no problem killing them (I think I can take on at most, four at a time, and usually it's never ever this high), I would like to know why.
Before, when I was wearing Ordinator armor, I could pass by them easily enough, but if I talked to them, they would aggro on me. Now, when I am not wearing their armor, they seem to just in general hate me. I for sure don't have any bounties on me, nor have I been talking to anyone about the dreams or what not. Anytime I killed an Ordinator, I made sure to taunt them to get them to attack me first.
Could it be because I have killed so many of them over and over? Or maybe because I am getting deeper into the main storyline?
Does anyone have any ideas? And possibly any solutions? Not that I am saying I want to change this. In fact, it makes it so much more fun! It's almost like my character was a thief. Sneaking around, invisible or in camouflage, picking and attacking at the right moments. It's fun. But I just want to know what may have triggered this.

Is there a bounty on your head? If so, has it escalated to the point of death warrant?

Are you wearing the ordinator-style helm? Ordinators are 'holy warriors' and that helm is symbolic, and they'll attack you forever if even one of them catches you wearing one.

No. I put that in my post too. ^^;
Like I said, when I had Ordinator armor on, they still wouldn't aggro me. Only if I talked to them. However, now, I don't even have a single trace of Indoril Armor in my backpack, and they aggro on me without me even talking to them.

If you ever carried any Inoril item in their sight, you are marked for death, even if you remove the offending item. It's annoying, even dangerous, but it can't be helped.
Even after defeating the great evil at the behest of their God, these idiots still think I need to be killed on sight because way, way back as a level 1 thief I once carried an Inoril helmet.
Get used to running/sneaking/fighting your way through Vivec. :p

There has to be a way to fix this! I'll admit it was fun at first to put on a Ordinator helmet and have one chase you so you could dispach him quitely in some remote location but this is getting out of hand.
I got my first full suit of Ordinator armor by accident, a Cliff Racer chased me into Vivec's foriegn quarter where a Ordinator engaged him but never attacked him. So I just sat by and watched the Cliff Racer kick the living crap out of him and I just picked up the armor and weapons afterwards.
I to could just walk by other Ordinators with full Ordinator armor and even took a few of them out just for fun when I tried to talk to them. Even when I did this the others never attacked me, only when I robbed one of the treasuries and slew about 6 Ordinators am I now black listed from Vivec.
The Ordinators just keep comming even when Ive cleared out entire sections of them...its becomming......well.... exhausting, so much that I try and stay out of Vivec as much as possible.....though I must admit their armor is a great source of cash when your low. :thumb:
Anyway, first time poster to the Morrowind section of these boards.

I think mayhaps it may be because I killed so many Ordinators. If that's the case, then I pity House Indoril, for they will have nothing but graves to fill with the bodies of their brethren. Any Ordinator that attacks me is now asking to be destroyed! :ebil:
