having to slow down to regen my fatique is the most time consuming anoyance ive found in the game so where can i buy the spell cause ive got a excuisite ring and a golden saint asking for it

Hmm.. a number of people have the spell "Rest of St. Merris"; here's all who actually sell it:
Felara Andrethi, in Tel Aruhn, Tower Living Quarters
Sedris Omalen, in Maar Gan, Outpost
Telis Salvani, in Balmora, Temple
Galero Andaram, in Sadrith Mora, Telvanni Council House, Chambers
(Amazingly, 27 NPCs have it, but only 4 sell it...)
