Who play original Garret's voice?
Maybe is slyfoxxx?
I am really curious to know it... because it appears even in unedited tracks on some FM.... therefore may be someone of the forum...?

It's not always slyfoxx, sometimes it's just some reused sound files from the original games that might not have been heard.
