Help me here.
Back in the 60s I read a lot of comics; Spiderman, DareDevil, Fantastic Four, Superman, Batman and the like.
Among the bad guys was this fellow that I have spent a lot of time trying to remember who was. This is what I remember: A man dressed as a icehockey goalkeeper and on his left arm he had a pad of sorts with lots of buttons which he used to fight one of the aforementioned superheroes.
I don't think he was one of the most memorable bad guys, but who was he?

Was it Gaard?

Actually, the whole thing makes me remember what a turd of a character the Silver Surfer is as well, and I wonder what the hell was going on at Marvel back in the day. I don't think they'd get far with a rollerblading villain these days. Or one who used the headphones from their iPod as a weapon.

I thought moderator omnipresence was just skilful PR. :thumb:

A dude shooting beams of death from his eyes called Cyclops. Hmmm...
Speaking of Marvel, recently I've been all over some of their comics, and I don't respect superhero comic fans anymore.

That's OK, we probably don't respect you anyway. :)

He's not quite a villain but they have just gotten rid of the (

That's racerist.
Anyway it's not like anyone beyond the age of 11 or 12 read comics. I mean besides Creepy and then Heavy Metal which might last until 15. Damn Matt and Trey had a hillarious take on South Park about HM.
Lots of stupid villains and heroes. Remember the Human Fly? The guy was a wing walker and that's it. Basicly if you could get a plane close enough he could save the day or something. But Iron Fist and The Wrecking Crew were kewl.
I guess this means I can't make fun of anime hmm? I know what you mean about stuff from childhood that bugs you until you remember it though. While on vacation we stumbled on the cabin they shot the Daniel Boone TV series in and it bugged me for days what the opening song was until I remembered how he was dressed and it fell into place, "from the coonskin cap on the top of ole Dan...."

Judging by looks it's not Gaard or Black Racer.
I remember a scene outside a stadium where this bad guy had an encounter with this superhero, was it Superman?
