Wow, this forum isn't representative of the general population, that's for sure. What it is about a gaming forum that attracts so many athiests/agnostics?

Gamers tend to be (to some extent), for a lack of a better word, nerds, nerds tend to be (in the sense) "educated", educated people tend to question the world around them, those that are capable of questioning the world around them tend to be skeptical of/reject what they are taught, thereby coming, hopefully through a logical and scientific process, to their own "personalized" conclusions???
