Russell Crowe because he reckons he's a 'bit tasty' in real life the cunt. Plus Jonathan Creek star Alan Davies. I'll take them both on.
C'mon then !!

I want to make Owen Wilson's nose bend the other way. Always have.

Tom Cruise
Puff Daddy (or whateverthefuck he calls himself this week)
The entire cast(s) of "Dodgeball, "Anchorman", and "Starsky and Hutch" (minus perhaps Steve Carell, who gets a pass for his Daily Show days)
Tom Cruise would be the best because his "religious" beliefs won't allow him to visit a hospital after the ass-kicking.

I don't get much of the Tom Cruise hate. Sure, he's an utterly smug wanker, but so are most insanely rich and naturally "handsome" (not my words) actors, and yeah, his beliefs are out there, but that's no crime. The guy is a bit of a harmless loon in my opinion. The only person I'd like to see knock his teeth out is Brooke Shields.
I <3 Gobbo's suggestion, purely because that twisted nose has irked me for years.
I can't think of anyone famous I'd like to actually fight with, because I'm not a violent person by nature. Honest. Okay, fuck it. Will Smith. Because he's <strike>black</strike> a crappy actor and always says AWWW HELL NO.

Leaving politicians out of it, Paris Hilton, hands down. And every other similar famous-for-no-goddamn-good-reason-other-than-being-a-stupid-spoiled-WHORE scum*.
*this also includes reality show contestants.

Having beliefs is one thing. Constantly insulting others who don't follow those beliefs is another. Then add on the fact that his beliefs were invented by a Sci-Fi writer who has been quoted saying that he'd like to invent a religion to make money. I honestly couldn't give a shit about TC otherwise, since I've liked him in a couple films (Collateral, Color of Money, Rain Man). But now there's nobody more in need of a smack upside the head with a clue-by-four.
