The top floor of Lord Nerano's Manor in Balmora met my thiefy needs ... Nice looking city, clean streets, quiet neighbours, several convenience stores within walking distance, the very handy metro/strider system ... 'though, I did end up having to kill the previous owner Lord Nerano to get his house key ... gave him a clear choice but he got real nasty with me!
But I do enjoy frequent extended camping excursions in the wilderness!!!

I made myself a mod so that a door showed up in pelagiad lol. yes thats right, a door. I couldn't be bothered to make the house so i figured that a solitary door was justifiable in this world of magic. I uninstalled and have really got to start again, i've heard good things about peoples characters that end up jumping between the towers in Vivec, any advice? Anyway, this ummm, door, led to a single room. Nothing spectacular, but it was quite interesting being able to walk round and touch this door on both sides, then go into a room. Damn I'm sad. Anywho, :thumb: If anyone wants to give me a few tips on and acrobatic, spear carrying character, (possibly thief), feel free to.
<marquee> Currently playing: Deus Ex, Morrowind! </marquee>
If that didnt work, damn.

My house is the Manor near Balmora... Forget the name, but it is the one you have built for you, then my other house is the Factor's Estate in Solsthiem, and I have the Sauron's Abode mod, so that is my third house hehe.

I joined Morag Tong early on, and one of the first quests is to kill a dark elf living in a manor on top of Redoran Plaza in Vivec. Once I finished him and his three family members off, I had a sweet pad. Only drawback is that Vivec is a wee bit inconvenient... I just wind up shacking up in Caius' house in Balmora most of the time.
After he's gone, you can finally clean up all the bottles and drug paraphernalia that the big junkie leaves lying around.

Hmm.. My home is in the underground of Balmora. It's accessed by a trap door.

After moving out of the little shack in Sedyna Neen(sp?) [the tax guy murderer]
I moved into the Morvayn Manor in Ald-Ruhn. Occasionally I need to clear the Corpus from the halls. But being immune to them makes them little more than demented guards :ebil:
I recall into my abode at the bottom of the stairs. Lots of glass on the left shelves. Spears on the right table. Storage room to the right with a chest, several urns, and boxes. The bottom bedroom has nice shelves for my Daedric arsenal. The upstairs room keeps my skooma and pipes :joke: and the shelf behind the bed has 15-20 of each kind of gem with gems in skulls and ive lined the shelf with raw glass making it look especially cool. Upstairs dining area has my shelf of special stuff, ie Keening and Sunder. Propylon indexes, and some other random junk that looks cool [Ash Vamp relics. ash statues.]
All in all its big enough to house all the junk ive collected, in nice organized spots. Its right next to a mages guild/silt strider and its a stones throw from Ghostfence, making it a fine home spot for the endgame.
Also its dark and errie without lamps. Which rules :ebil:

Maybe I'm a little obsessive compulsive, but here's one of the weird rituals I perform whenever leaving and returning to "work" in Vvardenfell;
It happens to be that the woman in Balmora that runs the fine clothing shoppe and I are "involved". Trouble is, she knows nothing of my double life as a level 42 Rogue Adventurer dark elf. All my "stuff" (sheilds, swords, Daedric weaponry, etc) is stashed neatly away in crates in the closet downstairs. When I awake in the morning, I casually walk downstairs, kiss her goodbye, and enter the closet. Then I change from peasant clothing to fine wear along with my enchanted light armour, grab my Thunder Blade and some arrows and soul gems, a few armorer's prongs, some potions and my grandmaster's alchemy set, and then...
I teleport to the Balmora Temple, where I decide if I want to travel on foot, by silt strider, or by the mages at the Mages Guild. When I'm done, I simply cast recall, reappear in my girlfriend's closet in Balmora, stash all my stuff away in the crates or on the floor, change back into peasant clothing, and come out. Oh yeah, I'm also trying to find an open/lock spell to further protect my goods from curious eyes. Any ideas on whereabouts I can secure that?:rolleyes:
To make a long story short:
Your girlfriend thinks you spend the entire day doing stuff in the closet downstairs??? :eek: :rolleyes:

Stonewood Hall, from a plugin. Adds a nice house on Solsthiem that I really like.
