The masque is the same and the only way you can get both is by cheating.

I don't think that either the Mask or Umbra is really any great shakes. You can enchant your own soul trapping sword/mace/dagger/etc easily enough, and by the time you get the quest you've probably got enough bribery cash available that you don't need the mask.

well I suggest you don't finish the quest, because since umbra is a quest item it is weightless otherwise it weights about 46 I thought (not sure).
That helm must either look really cool, or must have a bonus of 60 personality:D cause umbra is far too powerfull to trade for a helm otherwise.

You are incorrect,i had the sword before seeing clavicus vile.It is retreivable in any time of the game.
