I live in England and I want a copy of the official strategy guide but can't seem to find one anywhere, including places like Amazon and BOL. Anyone got any ideas?

No they don't seem to have wanted to release the strategy guide here. However you can get it from (
http://www.cdromshop.com/cdshop/w95/all.B.html) here.
Scroll down the page a bit to find it, it's listed under B for books, rather than M for Morrowind. Also unlike many of the other sites selling the book, they will happily ship to the UK. It works out to approx £18 for the book. Mine's on its way now.:)

18 quid for a strat guide? Crazy money, its worse than forty quid for NWN or 35 for Regular MW that Game are asking here.

Thanks for your help Gothik, but I don't have a credit card, only Switch, so it looks like I'll be relying on the Internet when I get stuck :)
I have to say, it's pretty poor that you can't buy the guide in the UK-every other game I've played has had a guide available here, why not Morrowind?
