All you need to do to incite ordinators would be to wear their armor. They hate that! I found an Indoril helm at the Dren plantation and walked around Morrowind for days before heading to Vivec . . . . Surprise! Every ordinator who spots me is out for my blood! I decided just to make a plugin so they would leave me alone, but someday I may pay them back for their overly possessive natures!:sly: Now that I have a large house, I have plenty of room for helmets:ebil:

to get all the guards after you, pick a lock on nehallas' house in caldera, resist arest. wear indoril armor around vivec, pick a lock in balmora, aldruhn, telvos and any other town i forgot, make sure you get caught. Resist arrest.
