Where/What merchant has enough cash on them to be able to sell expensive weapons and armour like ebony/glass/daedric etc....

Do a search on here using the keyword "mudcrab" or "Creeper"...that should turn up the info. you're looking for :)

creeper has 5000 and mudcrab has 10000...if u r looking for more(for "ebony/glass/daedric "), in one of these threads, i've read that there is a museum that buys everything for half of it's cost (probably only the unique items) but it must be a part of a quest that i will face later... i havent heard of it in the game yet. maybe u can learn about that.
i've learnt mudcrab and creeper just yesterday while browsing some threads. and i ve spent the whole following day and night to find them and carry all my treasues to sell:) they are very useful for selling ordinator armors etc but some of the ebony and glass items costs more than 10000.
One more thing about them, they pay u the real price of the item, not less. u can even offer Creeper to increase it some more as well...( actually u can add the first two digits to the price: if it is 4500, u can increase the price upto (or just "to") 4545 because he hasn't got emotions:weird:...) i dont know if it is the same for mudcrab though...because i havent experienced him yet.
:thumb:
anyway Creeper is a Scamp (...yes) in Caldera. He stands on the second floor of a very big manor being used by orcs. (it is said to be orc mansion but i don't know)
and Mudcrab is a mudcrab that lives on a very very small island southeast of a bigger island where Mzahnch Ruins are on. so if u see an alone mudrab surrounded with rocks, try to speak before u kill him. it is one of the most important things in the game:cheeky:

Yes, this is the Museum in Godsreach. It only buys the unique items listed in Bagarn's book of artifacts for up to 30000 Septims. This is because the game can only render numbers up to 32767 for AddItem commands, IIRC. Obviously, the Museum is in Mournhold, so you need Tribunal to use it.
but it must be a part of a quest that i will face later
It's part of the Trueflame quest, but you can access it at any time once you can get to Mournhold. It's opposite the Winged Guar Tavern.

Actually, the 101% / 110% rule is meant for people new to Mercantile. Those who have a higher Mercantile skill can go up to 150% or the original suggested item price and beyond. If you have a spell / enchanted item that fortifies Mercantile, you can probably haggle up to 1000% of the original suggested price.

It's Ghorak Manor. The guy who owns the place is Urul gro-Ghorak, obviously an Orc. Look, I don't want to burst your bubble of your Master Race of Wood Elves, but even if those Orcs are a bit strange, the woman upstairs doesn't have any pants on, there's Orcish armor pretty much free for the taking, and they live with a Daedra, it doesn't mean that they don't have the same rights as any other race..

actually i got the idea about the price offering(adding the first two digits to the price) from a post in tne thread:

i thinks it is easier to think and calculate that way:) (for me at least)...
is there a spell or scroll or something that summons the merchant mudcrab????????
i will be killed by those cliff racers on the way there or back one day... and ok for the cliff racers but how do all those guars, alits, and those fireball beetles come to the island once you close your eyes for a little rest???? ha??? i dont fear for myself but if something happens TO THE MUDCRABBBB!!!????
actually, i'm afraid mudcrab summons them. he means that his island is a trading center ( the biggest on Vvanderfel) not a HOSTEL!!!
i had to find some travel methods to the mudcrab. i usually keep my Mark spell on the island...so there is no problem in reaching there. and i formulated some ways to turn back to civility:) :
1- Almsivi Int. goes to Molag Mar + Divine int. goes to Wolverine Hall
2- Divine Int goes to Ebonheart + Almsivi Int goes to Vivec Temple
thank god:p i have them both enchanted on amulets....someone gave them to me but who was she?...:erm:

PlaceatPC "Mudcrab_Unique" 1, 1, 1
Or, if you don't want to dupe him but just find your way there faster...
Player -> GetDistance "Mudcrab_Unique"

I assume that by that, you mean that using PlaceatPC is more or less the same thing as blatantly cheating by adding gold through console. I'm personally insulted by that statement, and I think that you would have to be a complete and utter fool to compare the two.

Well the Daedric Scourge is in that book, but that damn curator wouldn't buy it off me! Instead she wanted my Cuirass of Saviour's Hide, which is out of the question. ;)

Placing mudcrab next to you is the same as adding gold to your pocket asuming you drop items of the value you add. Personally I don't even use mudcrab or creeper cause I think it spoils the game balance.
