i need better weapons and non-enchante too. i have 8 enchanted but im tired of recharging! i also got an elven long, but thats it. and my lvl is good enough to have glass. where is glas?!?

Most weapons are found simply on leveled opponents. Keep exploring dungeons, as each one usually has a 'boss' at the end who has god equipment.
Merchant inventories also change as you level, though I do not know at what level glass weapons appear in shops.

You don't have to recharge if you don't want to. The weapon will be as powerful as a nonenchanted item of the same type, plus it'll bypass resistences.

Are you sure about that? I had an enchanted bow with the displayed damage of 9, but when it ran out of charge it dropped to 8.

Since it ran out of charge I assume you were using it, so maybe its condition ("health") dropped below a certain threshold making it less powerful?
According to the editor though, every weapon of the same type has the same base stats.

so, pretty much what everyone is saying is that an enchanted weapon is a normal one??? well, whenever it runs out, it always does 2 damage, no matter what.

Yes. A dagger that does a base damage of 2 damage will do two damage. Enchant it with 5pts fire damage, it will do two damage plus five fire damage. When it runs out of enchantment, it will go back to doing two damage until recharged.
