Where can I buy some healing potions in the Seyda Need area? Just tell me where and from who I can buy them from in a town in or within a trip by Silk... um... the giant insect thing of Seyda Need. I need some healing potions now because I used all of the ones in the Fighters Guild in Balmora and need some quick healing when I'm in a pause of a battle.

All mages' guilds have fighters' guild right nearby (except in Caldera). You could take the silt strider to Balmora, go to the mages' guild, buy potions from people there, then use the travel guide to teleport to the other mages' guilds, buy more potions, and pop out to the nearby fighters' guilds and empty their supply chests while you're at it.
NPCs in temples sell healing potions too.
