I'll trade you guys my Mexican summer for an European one
And rain doesn't really cool off much...

Heh, we're still in drought mode

Ya'll can have my Arizona summer too.
Actually, I like the heat. The dry heat anyway, I'm not terribly fond of monsoon season 100 degree/100% humidity daytimes and 90 degree/100% humidity nighttimes. It's fun when it rains though.

5 days of uncomfortably close heat in Paris,
Eh? When exactly was this? The weather's been absolutely lousy here the last three weeks.

Ok, maybe the weather's just been lousy the past week then. Sure feels longer though.

Fantastic photo. :D
It has rained here in the north everyday for the last two weeks. Luckily, we haven't had to deal with the flooding like in Yorkshire. We had an absolutely gorgeous April, May turned off cold and June started nice enough but now it's getting a bit soggy.
P.S. Shayde - I'm surprised to see the snow!

Well, whomever took our Summer, I'm quite thankful for that. I really hate heat, so I'm quite glad that this year the temperatures haven't reached 30ºC very often, and we've actually had several days of rain in June. You can keep our Summer for as long as you want. Besides, the main interested in having it back are probably the britons who flood to Algarve during this time of the year :p
