I've agreed to deliver him 5 exquisite shirts and whats more I swore to Zanithar about it. This means I cannot barter unless I deliver these shirts to him. He is supposed to be in Ald Ruhn but after searching for an hour I cannot find him? Can anyone else?

She's in the main building (under Skar) in Ald'ruhn. On the bottom flour to your left when you enter.
