So I got the quest from the Order of the Watch to find out the culprit behind the 7 murders. Only clue he give me is someone was threatened by this women in netch leather and skirt with a dagger in the Hlaalu Compound. I spoke to everyone there but nobody has seen her. Just who do I need to talk to?
BTW what's up with all those shrines in the Underworks? I cleared all of them out, took the offerings and killed the summoned Dremora Lords who give me 2 frickin' Ebony longsword and 1 Daedric Dai-katana. Woot! Is there anything special about the offerings? Coz I notice that they don't stack with the others of the same kind.

Ask people in the foreign quarter about "woman with dagger" They'll say something about the underworks, and thats where you'll find the killer.
I think the Daedra offerings are different just because of the fact they are cursed to summon the Daedra Lords.

Because the offerings have a script attached to them(to summon daedra when you pick them up), they are different than the standard gems, soulgems, whatever... That's the tech reason they don't stack. ;)
